Jose Amalio Sanchez, 54, of Dunkirk, NY formerly of Arkwright, NY passed away Thursday September 23, 2021 at the UPMC Hamot due to complications of COVID-19. Jose was a 35 year employee of Cliffstar, Cott Corp., now Refreshco. He was a motorcycle enthusiast, enjoyed woodworking. A “Jack of all trades” Jose was very hand and could fix almost anything.

Jose is survived by: two daughters, Hayleigh and Hannah Sanchez both of Dunkirk, NY; a son, Ethan Sanchez of Dunkirk, NY; a grandson, Asher Sanchez; his fiancée, Tina Cooper and a step-son, Ethan Cooper; siblings: Ed (Patty) Pryll, Jr, James (Late Linda) Pryll, Sandra Waskiewicz, William (Maryann) Pryll, Pearl “Tootie”(Juan) Salgado, Mary (Kenneth) Bushman, Roxanne Pryll, Herman “Mike” Pryll, Kathy (Lisa) Miller and Luis Sanchez. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews, great-great-nieces and great- great-nephews.

He is predeceased by his parents, Luiz and Bettie DeGoiler Sanchez; his brother David Pryll and daughter-in-law, Linda Pryll.

Calling hours will be Sunday from 4-7pm at the LARSON-TIMKO Funeral Home, 20 Central Avenue, Fredonia (Unvaccinated individuals MUST wear a mask) where a funeral service will be held Monday at 10am.
