Robert L. Penharlow, 89, of Dunkirk, NY, died Thursday May 19, 2022 at home with his loving family at his side. Visitation will be held Tuesday from 2-4 pm & 6-8 pm at the LARSON-TIMKO Funeral Home, 20 Central Avenue, Fredonia. Funeral services will be held at the Fredonia First United Methodist Church, 25 Church Street, Fredonia, Wednesday at 11am.
