Scott R. Thrasher, 75, of Fredonia, N.Y., formerly of East Aurora, N.Y., passed away on November 7, 2022, and joined his wife, Leigh Ellen (Damon) Thrasher and his son, Richard Scott Thrasher. Scott was born on October 15, 1947 in Gowanda, N.Y. He attended elementary and middle school in Gowanda and the later attended Fredonia High School.
Scott is survived by 3 daughters: Lori (Zach) Jones of Denver, Colorado, Shannon Glavey and Stacey Rae Thrasher, both of Fredonia; a son, Scott R. (Laura) Thrasher, of Manchester, New Hampshire; the love of his life, other than his children, Scott is also survived by his grandchildren: Tristan Moldenhauer, Grace and Payton Glavey, and Evan and Jayden Jones; a brother, John (Mary) Thrasher, of both Phoenix, Arizona and Lime Lake, N.Y; as well as his very best friend,
Paula Eaton, of Dunkirk, N.Y. and his beloved pet cat, Nina.

He is predeceased by his loving wife, Leigh Ellen (Damon) Thrasher; his son,
Richard Scott Thrasher; his mother, Dorothy Ley Witherell; his father, Richard S. Thrasher and step-father, Robert Witherell; his uncle, Tom Thrasher, his aunt, Mary Thrasher and his aunt, Peggy Chiavetta and his uncle, Sam Chiavetta.

Scott was a proud United States Marine Corps Veteran. Funeral services will be private.
